1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Firaasah Academia (“we”, “us”), an online academy based in Pakistan. They apply when you use this website, create an account, send an enrolment, orientation or contact request, or take one of our courses.

“You” means the person using the website. If you enrol a child or another family member, you accept these terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the academy.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website, signing in or sending a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 13, or older if Google requires it in your country.
Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens when someone signs in with it.
Accounts are personal. Course access is for the enrolled student only, so please don’t let anyone else use your account to watch lessons or join classes.
Tell us straight away at firaasahh@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Enrolment requests

Sending an enrolment or orientation request doesn’t create an agreement or reserve a place. After you send it, we contact you to confirm the course, level, class schedule, plan and price.

Our agreement for a paid course starts when we confirm your enrolment and you pay. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate, including the student’s age and a parent or guardian’s details for students under 18.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the course and Pricing pages.
Payment is arranged directly with the academy, by a method we agree with you (for example JazzCash or Easypaisa). We don’t take card payments on this website.
Discounts, such as the family discount described on the Pricing page, are applied when we confirm your enrolment.
Free courses and series are free. We may change or end them at any time.

6. Course access and expiry

Access to a paid course starts on the date we grant it, after your payment is confirmed.
It lasts for the plan you chose: 1, 3 or 6 months, where each month is 30 days.
When your access ends, the course’s lessons, materials and recordings are no longer available to you until you renew.
If you renew before your access ends, the new period is added to the end of your current access, so you don’t lose any days.
Classes are scheduled in Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5). We agree your class times with you when we confirm your enrolment.

7. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the date your access was granted. That date is recorded on your enrolment. To ask for a refund, email firaasahh@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 322 6279964. When we refund you, your access to that course ends.

After those 7 days, payments for the current plan are not refundable, except where we cancel a course (see “Changes to courses” below) or where the law requires a refund.

We refund using the method you paid with where possible. This section doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

8. Using the academy

Our courses are for your personal learning. Please don’t:

copy, download, record, share, sell or publish lessons, recordings, live classes or course materials, except files we provide for download for your own study;
record a live class or share its link without our permission;
post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading or unrelated in Ask a Question, comments or live chat;
try to get into parts of the website or accounts you aren’t allowed to access, or disrupt the website.

We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. What you post

You own the questions, comments and messages you post. You give us permission to store them and show them on the website, for example publishing a question with its answer, and to edit or remove them for moderation. You are responsible for what you post.

10. Our content

Courses, videos, recordings, materials, articles and the website belong to Firaasah Academia or the people who licensed them to us. Using the academy doesn’t give you ownership of any of it or permission to reuse it beyond these terms.

11. Changes to courses and the website

We regularly improve our courses and may update lessons, materials, schedules and the website. If a class has to move, we will agree a new time with you.

If we cancel a paid course before your access ends, we will offer you a move to another course or a refund for the unused part of your plan.

12. Suspending or ending access

You can stop using the academy at any time. To close your account, email firaasahh@gmail.com.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing course content or abusing other students. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and explain why. If we end your access without you breaking these terms, we will refund the unused part of your plan.

13. Our responsibility to you

We teach with reasonable care and skill. We can’t promise that the website, video players or live classes will always be available or free of errors, because they depend on the internet and on services run by others.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Apart from the exceptions below, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course the claim is about in the 12 months before it.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

14. Services run by others

We use services run by other companies, including Google sign-in, Vimeo and YouTube video players, Jitsi Meet for live classes and WhatsApp. Their own terms also apply when you use them. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is shared with them.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will show a notice on the website. Changes won’t reduce access you have already paid for.

16. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan can decide disputes about them.

If you live in another country, you keep any protection that the mandatory consumer laws of that country give you.
