How to Build a Consistent Quran Habit While Busy

You do not need an extra hour in your day — you need a habit that survives the days you only have five minutes.

Most Quran habits fail not because of a lack of intention, but because they are designed for an ideal day that rarely happens. A plan that only works when you have thirty free minutes will collapse the first busy week.

Anchor your habit to something that already happens every day — after Fajr, before sleeping, during a commute. Keep a minimum version of the habit (even one page) so a busy day lowers the bar instead of breaking the streak entirely.

Consistency compounds. A single page a day is over 350 pages a year — more than most people read in months of sporadic effort.
